Our mental health intake process is now 34% faster
Answering numerous questions about your mental health while seeking support can feel overwhelming — but it shouldn't be. When we discovered that many of our members weren’t completing the mental health intake, we knew we could do better.
To improve the member experience, we’ve reduced the number of intake flow screens by half, making it up to 34%* faster to complete while remaining just as effective.

Never miss an appointment again with SMS reminders
Your members lead busy lives, and sometimes that can mean appointments are forgotten. To eliminate the frustration of missing a much-needed appointment and then needing to reschedule it for later, we’ve introduced SMS reminders.
These reminders, sent 30 minutes before a scheduled appointment, relieve members of the cognitive load of remembering where they need to be.
Reminders are automatically enabled. If your members prefer not to receive them, they can turn them off in their Notifications settings.
Prevent accidental appointment cancellations
Have you ever accidentally cancelled an important appointment? We know—it’s frustrating. That’s exactly what was happening to 6% of our members. It may not seem like much, but with over 6 million people having access to Dialogue, the numbers add up quickly.
To prevent this, we’ve added a cancellation confirmation screen and improved the cancellation process. Now, members will be guided directly to a chat where they can easily select a reason for cancellation once they confirm that the cancellation is intentional.
