Dialogue celebrates 7 years of improving people’s well-being

Established in Montreal in May 2016, Dialogue celebrates 7 intense yet fulfilling years, marked by measurable impact. Since we first launched, each passing year saw important challenges and substantial strides toward the pursuit of our mission: to help people improve their well-being. And this past year was no exception. 

In 2021, we officially introduced our Integrated Health Platform™ – making our multidisciplinary virtual health and wellness programs available in one seamless experience. Today, our members are spread across tens of thousands of organizations, big and small - benefiting from tailored, measurable, and quality clinical care. We hit milestone after milestone, from serving 2 million members to finishing the year with over $100M in annual recurring revenue. Now, we are in a privileged position to be caring for over 5 million Canadians, including members and their loved ones. And this number continues to grow. 

The Dialogue team has continued to live its values and drive the highest level of virtual care. And Canadians have taken notice. Late last year, we became the first virtual care company to receive the Accreditation Canada Award. This means Dialogue is recognized for the highest quality and safety of care – a true testament to the culture of excellence we pride ourselves on.

With the launch of two new programs, Wellness and Mental Health+, we’ve become even more essential to millions of people. Not only do our members count on our services to manage their well-being in times of need, but also to stay healthy and happy throughout their lives. 

Innovation is in our DNA, and quarterly hackathons continued the steady pulse of progress. Throughout the year, our team has brought countless bold ideas to the table and made countless improvements to every service, experience, and system. The latest re-design of the app is not only beautiful, but puts the member experience first – and the team continues to push it further. 

Behind it all is our team’s hard work and the values that guide us.

Our team has been living and breathing these values, but now they're taking it one step further. After a few years of Zoom calls and Slack messages, we’re slowly but surely making our way back into the office. With everyone working side by side, we’re ready to take on new challenges and tackle old ones in innovative ways. 

Dialogue has the best team I've ever had the privilege of being part of. And of course, all the successes would have been impossible without the trust of our partners, our clients, and our members.
