Dialogue welcomes Norma Beauchamp to its Board of Directors

We are proud to welcome Norma Beauchamp to our board of directors. As an Independent Director, she will bring deep industry and governance experience to our board and will provide strategic guidance to help us grow even faster.

As Canada’s premier telemedicine provider, Dialogue is a pioneering virtual healthcare company dedicated exclusively to the world's leading organizations, driving real health outcomes through amazing healthcare experiences, an employee engagement playbook, and a relentless focus on patient safety and security.

Norma has experience in mergers and acquisitions, having overseen a $3B acquisition transaction while on the board of directors at MedReleaf. She also held senior leadership positions at Sanofi and Bayer, where she led global strategic marketing for their multibillion-dollar business in women’s health. This experience will be an invaluable asset for Dialogue as we now serve close to 5 million Canadians.

In addition to being a recognized business leader in Canada, Norma was the President and CEO of Cystic Fibrosis Canada and is currently volunteering with several organizations including ALS Canada and Women Get on Board.
