Improving throat image classification with generative AI

At Dialogue, we’re always looking for innovative ways to enhance the care journey. This month, we harnessed the power of generative AI to address a common issue and create a more seamless member experience.
In the past, during throat-related consultations, our photo analysis system struggled to correctly identify images, causing delays for members. To address this, we’ve introduced a new AI solution to analyze throat images more accurately and reduce misclassifications.
As a result, images are analyzed faster and more accurately, so members can enjoy a smoother experience where they get quicker access to the care they need.
Video call improvements for seamless connectivity
We know that when members book a consultation with a care provider, the last thing they want to deal with is connection issues. That is why we’ve released several updates to improve connectivity and fix minor glitches in our video call system. These improvements have already led to a 13% reduction in call failures, ensuring that members can rely on a smooth and successful connection when they need it most.

New intake reminders and expanded appointment options
We’re always looking for ways to make the member experience even smoother. That’s why we’re excited to share a couple of upcoming changes to our intake and booking processes. Soon, we will roll out push notifications to remind members to complete their intake process so they never miss a step. Plus, our new booking system will offer more appointment options to give members more flexibility to choose the time that best fits their schedules.
