Welcome back to our monthly series on Dialogue’s latest updates. This month, we’re spotlighting new financial wellness content and member experience improvements that make Dialogue easier to navigate. As a bonus, we’ll share a sneak peek at exciting updates coming your way.
Let's dive in and explore what's new!
New content to support financial well-being*
*Available only in our Wellness and Wellness Essentials programs.
Did you know? 95% of Canadians believe that finances play a major role in their overall well-being and 37% cite financial constraints as a barrier to prioritizing their health1.
In light of Financial Literacy Month, we’ve released a range of new articles to equip your team with the knowledge to take control of their financial well-being.
These articles will remain available past November and are tailored to the financial needs of your members.
Discover more in the Browse tab of the app under Finance.
Helping your members navigate Dialogue with ease*
*Available for all members on the Dialogue app and coming soon to our white-label solutions.
We’re committed to making our app clear and easy to use, especially because millions of Canadians rely on Dialogue for health and wellness support.
As a result, we've improved the Chat section of the app and web experience to make services more easily discoverable for members:
- If your members have access to support for Diet and nutrition and Renewing a prescription, these services are now accessible directly from the Services screen making them faster to find
- The screen that follows after selecting a service is now clearer and more concise, reducing confusion
- Soon, the Chat section will be renamed to Services for greater clarity
Explore these changes in the app or on the web.
Coming soon
Healthy Habits collection on financial well-being*
*Soon available only in our Wellness and Wellness Essentials programs.
To complement the release of our new financial well-being content, members will soon have access to a new collection of Healthy Habits on the same topic. They’ll be able to set reminders to practice healthy habits, such as practising financial gratitude, checking their bank account, and more!
Never forget to complete an intake form with SMS and email reminders*
*Soon available in the Mental Health+, Primary Care, and Employee Assistance Programs.
Your members lead busy lives, making it easy for them to leave the intake process unfinished for provider-led consultations. Soon, they can expect helpful SMS and email reminders to complete the intake form and access the support they need.
We welcome your feedback
We hope these updates make your members' experience smoother, faster, and more manageable, helping them get the support they need, when they need it. As always, we value feedback! If you or your members have suggestions to improve the app, please let us know. You can reach out to your Customer Success point of contact, or members can go to Account > Info & Legal > Contact Us in the app.
