Joanny leads Dialogue’s team of mental health specialists and brings a dual Master’s degree in Psychology and Social Work. She joined Dialogue five years ago as a social worker during the launch of the mental health program, and has since played a key role in shaping and growing the department. Her work is guided by a commitment to delivering compassionate, member-centred care.
