Dialogue’s 2024
Year in Review

2024 flew by faster than a coffee break between meetings. But we kept a close eye on what mattered most. This year, Canadians faced more financial strain, HR leaders stretched their budgets to improve benefits, and employees sought care that felt truly personal.

That’s why our members and their loved ones were at the heart of every decision. We leaned into our mission to improve their well-being, expanding access to care and ensuring each person received the support they deserved. Here’s a look back on 2024.

Over 8 million Canadians have access to Dialogue

Chat with a professional on Dialogue app

This means that 3.5 million members (plus their loved ones) benefit from our Primary Care, EAP, Mental Health+, and Wellness programs. That’s 19% of the population!

What’s top of mind for Canadians? Physical health still leads, but financial counselling is on the rise—over 3,000 members sought financial advice, recognizing that financial wellness is key to overall health. Armed with personalized answers to their questions, members can ease stress in other areas of life.

And we took personalized care even further. Over 23,000 members completed their Well-Being Score assessment this year, a short in-app questionnaire that helps pinpoint lifestyle areas for improvement. From there, 8 in 10 accessed tailored resources to enhance their health.

Our care team delivered 450,000 consultations (so far) in 2024 — an average of 2000+ consultations per day.

We also connected with clients and leaders from coast to coast: at trade shows, conferences, Think Tanks, roundtables, and even sporting events! Plus, our Founder and CEO, Cherif Habib, spoke at Canadian Club Toronto about the future of employer-funded healthcare.

Looking ahead to 2025

This past year, we continued to break down barriers to care and replace them with personalized, evidence-based support, enabling employers to improve productivity, reduce absenteeism, and cut disability costs. How? By fiercely investing in our Integrated Health Platform™ to provide the most seamless experience to members and leaders alike, through all aspects of the care journey.

In 2025, we’re building on that momentum.
